Xavier Lo is a qualified accountant graduated from University of NSW, Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Management & Information Systems) in 1975. He was a manager in a firm of Chartered Accountants in Sydney city for 13 years prior to setting up as a Principal in his own accountancy firm in Sydney Chinatown for 14 years.
Thanh Tran
Senior Accountant
Thanh Tran is a fully qualified accountant having acquired her accounting degree from the University of South Australia. Thanh also has a Certificate III in Business and is an associate member of CPA. She has extensive financial/accounting experience having worked in the Public Sector for over four years. During her professional career Thanh has performed duties as a Finance Officer, Assistant Accountant for the Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) and for the Department for Correctional Services (DCS). Her passion is to provide an effective and efficient service whilst upholding customers’ values.

Ivory has acquired her Master Degree of professional accounting in practice from Macquarie University. As an assistant accountant at Allan & Co for over a year, with a strong background in accounting, taxation and experience in various industries, she passionately contributes her skills and experience to customer’s growth and success.

With years of managing a chain of F&B business and 3 years of experience in the real estate industry as an Assistant to Director and Business Development Executive, She has demonstrated exceptional abilities in maintaining a robust business network. Currently, She is Assistant to Director of Allan&Co Pty Ltd - Mr. Allan Nguyen, She is the designated representative to Mr Allan Nguyen to manage any business-related matters in Vietnam
Peter Lo
Assistant Accountant
Peter has years of experience in bookkeeping, taxation and auditing holding a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and currently working towards his CPA. Peter brings along skills from years of leadership and team building experience having coached others while helping start a competitive gaming organisation involving people from all parts of the world connected through the internet. From this experience, Peter takes pride in his ability to problem-solve and to work with a wide range of communities and is eager to engage and work diligently in all aspects of accounting.

Calvin Le is a requisite part of our Team. Holding a bachelor of business (Accounting) degree and being a registered tax agent, he works as the Business Service Manager of Allan & Co Pty Ltd. He has vast experience in tax planning, accounting, and business counselling engagements over the years. Calvin is passionate about assisting each of his clients and using his skills to ensure their success. His philosophy is "Clients' success is our success".
Amber Yu
Accountant
She's holding Master degree of Accounting at Macquarie University and she is also a member of CPA. Amber has strong experience in taxation and accounting in public/private practice over four years. With vast experience in business service, she's also worked with many small to medium businesses from various industries. She enjoys building relationship with clients; helping them solve any problems in a timely manner and assisting them on achieving their goals.
